Mr. Wu Shu is the CEO of Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co. Previously he was the President of Jilin Haorong Nonferrous Metal Group. Co.,Ltd. and CFO and Director of JJNICL.

Mr. John Pinset , , , Lead Director – CA, ICD. D.

Mr. John Pinsent is a founding partner in St. Arnaud Pinsent Steman Chartered Accountants (a general practice chartered accounting firm) following a distinguished ten-year career as an assurance senior manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Edmonton. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Pinsent acquired significant mining industry experience as the audit senior manager on such clients as Luscar Ltd, the Luscar Coal Income Fund, IMC Global and Echo Bay Mines. He specializes in the provision of accounting, audit, tax and business advisory services to a wide variety of industries but has a particular passion for developmental enterprises.

Dr. Tao Li , , , Director – BE Mine Eng, Ph D Mine Eng

Dr. Tao Li specializes in geotechnical engineering and is the director and principal of an independent consulting company. He previously worked over 7 years in the Chinese mining industry and over 23 years in Australia with engineering and managerial positions at Mount Isa Mines, WMC Resources, Gold Fields and Newcrest Mining.

Mr. Kim Oishi , , , Director

Mr. Oishi has seventeen years of experience in capital markets and investor relations for public companies, serving as an officer or director of a number of TSX and TSXV listed companies. Since 2004, he has focused on companies with investors and operations in China. Mr. Oishi, will strengthen the board’s ability to assist management to access capital markets and establish a best practices investor relations program.

Dr. Shu Zhang , , , Director

Dr. Shu Zhang’s career in mining started 38 years ago. He worked as an underground miner and a mining engineer in China and then a university lecturer, a mining consultant and a technical services manager in Australia. From 1999 to 2010, he was first with Sydney, Australia, based Sino Gold Mining Ltd and late with Vancouver, Canada, based Eldorado Gold Corp., worked as a Mine Site General Manager, Group General Manager HR, and Group General Manager Operations Development. Currently he is the President of Jien International Investment Ltd. (JIIL).
