Chris Stewart , , , President and CEO

Mr. Chris Stewart, P.Eng. comes from a strong operational background, having served most recently as the Manager of Shaft Projects for BHP Billiton’s Jansen Project in Saskatchewan. He is a professional engineer (Ontario) with approximately 20 years of operations, technical and management experience. He has established a strong track record in mining services and operations supported by a solid reputation for maintaining exceptional standards of workplace safety. Prior to joining Liberty Mines, Mr. Stewart held executive positions including serving as Vice President with TESC Mining Services and Lake Shore Gold Corp. where, as Vice President of Operations, he led the company from exploration to production. He holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

William Woods , , , CFO

Mr. William Woods has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting in the mining and transportations industries. Previously, he was CFO for Valens Pharma Ltd. and VP of Finance for Northern Transportation Company Limited.

Peter Caldbick , , , VP Exploration

Mr. Caldbick has been active in exploration and mining for the past 29 years throughout Northern Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and the Northwest Territories in the positions of exploration geologist, mine geologist, consultant, regional manager and VP of Exploration. He possesses extensive experiences in gold, nickel, diamond and base metals exploration. Prior to working with Liberty Mines Inc., he was involved with the Hughes Group of Companies, notably Golden Chalice Resources and Amador Gold Corp. where he was directly responsible for building and managing the exploration teams that led to the discovery of Golden Chalice’s W4 Kambalda nickel deposit in Langmuir Township. He holds a B.S.c. from the University of Toronto and an environmental assessment degree from Lakeshore University.

Keyvan Salehi , , , Director of Technical Services and Corporate Strategy

Mr. Salehi is a professional mining engineer with over 10 years of experience in the mining industry. Before joining Liberty, he served as Chief Engineer for Lake Shore Gold. He previously held various engineering and project management roles for DMC Mining Services. He began his career as a research engineer with Vale Inco. Mr. Salehi has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Engineering from University of Toronto. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg/Schulich School of Management.

Brendan Zuidema , , , Project Manager

Mr. Brendan Zuidema oversees all aspects of Liberty’s Timmins Operations including the McWatters and Redstone Mines, the Redstone Mill, and any surface projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry and has held various senior positions including Operations General Foreman at the Montcalm Mine, Mine Manager at Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins Mine and most recently Area Manager for Dumas Contracting in Timmins. Mr. Zuidema is a Mining Technologist, graduating from the Haileybury School of Mines and is a registered A. Sc. T. with OACETT.

Bryan Neeley , , , Environmental Manager

Mr. Bryan Neeley has more than 15 years of experience in environmental management and management systems including senior roles at Tembec, Xstrata and Lakeshore Gold.

Rock Bouchard , , , Health & Safety Manager

Mr. Rock Bouchard has approximately 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He has spent his entire career in the Timmins camp having worked for Xstrata, Dumas and most recently Lake Shore Gold. Mr. Bouchard has a wide variety of experience in the field of Health & Safety. The goal of all health & safety programs is to foster a safe work environment and with that in mind his main focus is to ensure that the safety, health, and welfare of all people who work on Liberty’s properties is first and foremost in everything they do.

Yvan Lauzon , , , Mill Superintendent

Mr. Lauzon has more than 20 years of experience in the milling business.

Yvan Benoit , , , Purchasing Manager

Mr. Yvan Benoit has approximately 20 years of experience in purchasing, warehousing and inventory control at mining companies such as Dumas Contracting, DMC Mining, Lake Shore Gold and most recently at RSM Municipal Inc.
